The year 2021 posed immense challenges for Vietnamese enterprises — especially family businesses, which economist Dr. Le Duy Binh, Director of Economica Vietnam, calls “a vital pillar of the private sector and the national economy.”
One standout example was Tan Hiep Phat Group, which maintained safe “three-on-site” operations for 125 consecutive days during the pandemic, demonstrating leadership resilience, worker solidarity, and a strong corporate culture that treats the company as a “second family.”
